£23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

Hours:

Perm 37 hours a week 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday. 9am – 5pm Friday

We have completed a series of acquisitions over the last two years that have added significant scale, capabilities and products and plan to continue to grow organically and through further acquisitions. As a result, we now need to recruitment an additional Admin Assistant (PI) to join the team.

Full Job Specification:

Working within the Physical Infrastructure Team who deliver cabling and networking solutions for our clients, including installations of Wi-Fi network equipment across large hotel groups and well known hi-street stores

The role will be to assist the Team Leader in managing the scheduling process across multiple projects/clients, working closely with both the client and our project management team.

The successful candidate will have close involvement with our client base as well as working with our existing technical teams to assist with changes and conflicts as they arise.

This job would be perfect for someone with experience within a similar role looking for a new challenge. With focus on scheduling and processes, you will be fully supported and trained to gain the knowledge and skills required to reach your potential within this role, opening doors for progression within our expanding company.

Activities, Duties and Key Tasks:

  • Assist the Project Co-ordinator and Team Leader with general admin tasks
  • Ensure correct reporting is completed for each project
  • Provide cover for the scheduling process
  • Liaising with 3rd parties, customers and site providers to ensure all aspects of the projects have been booked in correctly
  • Processing / coordinating service requests coming from our NOC team (moves, adds & changes)
  • Ensuring that internal systems are kept up to date
  • Ensuring that all processes are followed and all issues are owned through to resolution
  • Ensuring health and safety of self and others
  • Undertaking all other reasonable requests/ tasks that may be required of the post as directed by Line Manager.

General:

  • Adhering to quality communication standards defined by FluidOne.

  • Undertaking any other duties deemed suitable by management.
  • Maintaining job related training as required by management.

Experience / Qualifications: Essential:

  • GCSE Grade C or equivalent; Maths, English
  • Experience in an admin environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and internet-based tools

Desirable:

  • Experience with working with ISP suppliers or within the IT sector.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
